2. What data we collectWhen you submit the “Request course” form, we process:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Selected course/workshop
- Comment/message (optional)
- Technical data needed to operate and secure the website (for example IP address and server logs)
3. Why we process your data (purpose) and legal basisWe process your data to:
- Handle your request and contact you to discuss course details (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) - steps prior to entering into a contract)
- Organise the training if you decide to book (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
- Protect the website and handle potential disputes (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interests)
We do
not use form submissions for marketing and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Where your data goes (recipients / processors)To run the form and communicate with you, we use:
- Tilda (website + form/CRM)
- Google (Gmail) to receive and manage requests
They process data only to provide these services to us.
5. International transfersSome providers may process data outside the EEA. In that case, transfers rely on valid safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention (how long we keep data)We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- If your request does not lead to a booking - up to 6 months after the last contact, then deleted
- If you attend a course - up to 12 months after the course, then deleted (unless needed for disputes)
- If invoices/accounting documents are created (for example later, outside the website) - they are kept for 7 years as required by Estonian law.
7. Your rightsYou can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and (where applicable) data portability.
